November 2007 - Dr. Rolfe and volunteers opened the new clinic, training center, and volunteer care center in Karte Char, Kabul, Afghanistan. The modern facility has all the improvements one would expect in the United States. The guest house provides meals, rooms, hot water, and laundry for volunteers. The facility is very secure, all located on the same property in a nice neighborhood, with an armed guard.

September 2006 - Returned to Afghanistan on his third trip to continue providing his services to the Afghan people and to establish a permanent dental facility in Kabul.
April 23rd, 2004 - A benefit concert by Roni
Benise and the Exciting Nuevo Flamenco was held at the
Lobero Theater in Santa Barbara to raise awareness about the
ADRP.
April 2nd, 2004 - A Video Presentation with images
of Dr. Rolfe's 2003 trip to Afghanistan along with a musical
performance by Zach Madden
was held in Santa Barbara also to raise awareness about the
ADRP.
September 2003 - Dr. Rolfe flew 500 pounds of dental equipment to Wardak Province and worked in an orphanage at 11,000 feet. During this time, Dr. Rolfe observed that the orphans were very bright but had no future. Seeing that Wardak Province had no dentists whatsoever, he decided to start a program to train orphans and widows in dental technology.
